About Us

Promotional and Marketing Products, Screen Printing and Embroidery

Our History

I had worked in the printing industry for other companies (specifically the paper printing part of it) for 9 1/2 years.  After a season of being a Children’s Pastor, a door opened for me to work for a screen printing company in town and I worked there close to a year.  After the company went through some major changes, I decided it was time to take a large step of faith and start my own company.  Cornerstone Graphics & Apparel started in June of 2002 when I got a t-shirt job from a friend (a fellow Children’s Pastor) who was in charge of a church summer camp.  I had to come up with a quick name to get a license and a place to work from.

I decided on the name Cornerstone.  I believe that Jesus is our Cornerstone.  Everything we own and have comes as a gift from Him.  I knew that if my business was going to succeed, it would only do so because Jesus had shown me His Grace and His Favor.   I also decided to work as a home based business.  This would allow very little overhead and I thought that this was a great way to start.

It has been an exciting 9 years.  The business has grown each year and we have added new ideas, products and services each year.  My goal is to help you market your company and build your brand.  I’ll help you to market yourself in the best cost effective way.  It doesn’t matter if you’re a small home based business just getting started or a large university that’s wondering what’s new and hot in the promotional and advertising products market.  Now with over 18 years in the printing industry, I can provide you with all your advertising, promotional, marketing, embroidery and screen printing needs.

I would love the opportunity to work with you.  Contact me and let’s see what I can do to help you.

Thank You!

Gary

My Kids

I’ve been blessed with 4 children.  My oldest lives in California with her own family now.  I’ve adopted 3 other children.  My first was Kalaiah.  I adopted Kalaiah from China when she was 9 months old.  Unfortunately, in October, 2004, I lost Kalaiah to a rare type of cancer.  I was fortunate to have her in my life for 4 years before she lost her battle with NK Lymphoma.  She died about 3 weeks before she turned 5.

After Kalaiah’s death, the paperwork was started to adopt again from China in February 2005.  During my wait, God surprised me with a son, Zachary in November 2007.  He had just turned 3 years old.

Then in June 2008 I received my new daughter’s picture and referral from the CCAA in China.  Emily was born in 2007 in the Guangxi Providence in southern China.

Zachary and I excitedly welcomed Emily as she arrived home safely on August 8, 2008 - the opening day of the Olympics in Beijing.

It has been amazing to see God’s hand at work in these last two adoptions.  Zachary and Emily are the best of friends.  God was and is Always faithful and blessed us with a beautiful family.
